Places are free for people in Cheshire to attend. They are commissioned by our local NHS Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board and other partners.

The education and training rooms at Spring farm are located on the first floor at Spring Farm with no lift access. If you are planning to visit us at Spring Farm, and have any mobility needs, please contact us to make suitable arrangements, which may include moving the location of our meeting or joining virtually.
