  • Delivered: Online via Microsoft Teams
  • Price: Places are fully funded for staff in East Cheshire and Cheshire West and Chester local authority areas. (This course is not open to delegates outside the Cheshire CCG area.)

Session Overview

The workshop will:

  • give an understanding of how the clinical records within different care settings across Cheshire feed into EPaCCS
  • explore different ways to implement EPaCCS within everyday health care practice
  • detail the impact EPaCCS can have on decision making, communication and coordination of patient care
  • consider how the collation of EPaCCS data is being used to drive quality improvements in end of life care in Cheshire
