As part of the Care Home Support Service each locality offers regular informal meetings for care home staff to come together. The aim being to support you, to support residents to live and die well.
They offer the chance to meet colleagues from other care homes, share your experiences or bring questions or concerns you have. The facilitators will, based on your needs and suggestions arrange training updates, organise speakers and signpost to advice.
