Acute Oncological Emergencies
Session Overview
This whole day event will focus on management of emergencies for patients on cancer treatment and living with cancer. The day will include sessions on metastatic spinal cord compression, immunotherapy, neutropenic sepsis, Cancer of Unknown Primary, recognising Systemic Anti -Cancer Therapy toxicities.

Learning Outcomes
After this day you will have a greater understanding of various oncological emergencies, how to recognise them, when to act and how to escalate thereby improving your skills as a clinician but also improving patient safety and provision of quality care.
