Macmillan Palliative and End of Life Care Transformation Lead for Cheshire & Merseyside
Macmillan Cancer Support and the Cheshire & Merseyside Clinical Network, in collaboration with The End of Life Partnership (EOLP), are looking for a Palliative and End of Life Care (PEoLC) Transformation Lead to join our team. This new post brings an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in the strategic planning, delivery, and sustainability of palliative and end of life care across Cheshire & Merseyside.
As the Macmillan Transformation Lead, the post holder, whilst employed by EOLP, will work alongside the Cheshire & Merseyside ICB’s PEoLC Programme team to improve outcomes for patients by improving access and sustainability to PEoLC services and reducing inequalities.
