Overview

The aim of the forums are to:

• Connect Activity/Wellbeing Coordinators working within care homes across Cheshire
• Provide a supportive environment where Activity/Wellbeing Coordinators can access support
• Deliver training to increase knowledge, skills and confidence in topics aimed at supporting resident wellbeing
• Increase awareness among of community assets/resources that may support resident wellbeing
• To support the assessment of residents wellbeing within care homes
