Session Overview
This session aims to enhance participants’ communication skills by developing key facilitative techniques that support therapeutic relationships and promote a person-centred approach in care.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the session, the participant will be able to:

Evaluate the role and impact of the core conditions in building therapeutic relationships

Explore and discuss the value of facilitative communication skills in practice.
