At EOLP we understand the unique support that you need when you are caring for someone with advanced dementia. And that is why we have developed our innovative Dementia Consultancy, so that you can come to us for advice, whatever the challenge you are facing.
Our Dementia Specialist Service gives you access to highly experienced and specialist staff with an extensive background of working with people with dementia and their families.
We offer advice, support and guidance to health care professionals caring for individuals with advanced dementia.
To access the ADST service, please submit a Consultancy Referral form.
NOTE: ADST cannot take direct referrals from families and carers. Please speak to your GP or other lead professional to request a referral to the team.

Education & Training
If you work in health and social care, and look after people with advanced dementia, please consider our education programmes to upskill you or your team for the long term. Education and training is designed to a high standard and accessible, with online and face to face options. The portfolio is fully funded for staff working in Cheshire East, but places may be purchased for staff out of area.
We have a wide range of experience and skill in designing and delivering bespoke training sessions, programmes and packages to meet your individual needs.
