How We Are Governed?
As a registered charity, The End of Life Partnership (EoLP) is governed by a Board of Trustees. All of EoLP’s Trustees are volunteers and do not receive payment for their services or support.
The Board of Trustees meet bi-monthly and are responsible for setting strategy, assessing risk, embedding good governance, maintaining oversight and ensuring policy and decision-making allows for the effective operations of EoLP and the achievement of agreed outcomes.
EoLP has 3 Trustee Committees dealing with Finance, Quality and Governance and People and Culture, who the Board of Trustees may delegate decision making too (see diagram below):

The day-to-day running of EoLP is delegated to the Leadership Management Team, led by the Chief Executive Officer.
