Medication at End of Life Controlling Symptoms: The Choices and Challenges

This study event is an opportunity to discuss the choices and challenges associated with controlling symptoms at end of life. This will include titration of medication, appropriate use of anti-emetics and the role of dexamethasone.

The session will be facilitated by Dr Andrea Graham, Medical Director at St. Luke’s Hospice and Dr. Sally Chambers, Consultant Physician with an interest in Palliative Care, CCICP.

The study event will also include an optional tour around the Hospice and an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

A light supper will be available from 19.00pm followed by the Tour and the study session will commence at 19.30pm.
