Lung Cancer Study Day

Session Overview
If you are involved in supporting Lung Cancer patients either through diagnosis, treatment, palliative and end of life care this study day will give you an insight into the current practice and research around the care of patients with lung cancer.
Covering:
- Signs, symptoms and diagnosis (risk factors, including occupational risks)
- The role of the CNS and MDT in the diagnosis/management of lung cancer
- Types of lung cancer
- Lung cancer staging (TMN)
- Management modalities, including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery and immunotherapy
- Palliative care in lung cancer
For: Doctors, GPs, Registered Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, Care Home Staff
Lunch and refreshments included.
Fully funded for staff working in East Cheshire Place. Out of area delegates will be charged £100 per place.
