Finance Trustee

We are seeking to appoint a trustee with specific finance expertise, including:

  • Professional financial qualification
  • Ideally, an understanding of charity finance
  • An understanding of the fundraising, commissioning or granting landscape
  • Sound independent judgement, an ability to analyse information and working collaboratively, communicate clearly
  • Knowledge and experience of developing financial strategy, management accounts, budgeting, audit and risk management, with the ability to use this in your trustee role

Medical Trustee

We are seeking to appoint a new trustee with medical expertise, including:

  • Relevant recognised professional medical qualification and relevant medical
    experience. Colleagues recently retired from full time practice would be welcome
    to apply
  • Ability to communicate effectively with non-medical peer trustees
  • Approachability and willingness to contribute to the success of EOLP
  • An understanding of developing strategic partnerships and building relationships
    with other organisations
  • A working knowledge of how palliative and end of life care is developed and
    delivered
  • Strong professional networks within Cheshire and Merseyside ICB and beyond. This could include government, regulatory or other statutory bodies
