Care home Managers in the Cheshire CCG footprint

Course Overview

The course is aimed at all managers working in a care home environment who have experienced difficulties within their workplace. The aim of the session is to enable participants to understand and discuss the meaning of resilience and how this may support them in providing their staff with support in developing their own resilience.

At the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the concept of resilience
  • Recognise factors required for resilience
  • Understand the power of mindset
  • Develop ways to help you to support your staff in gaining resilience
  • An opportunity to practice exercises to support you with resilience

There will be a follow up session of one hour to allow participants to share and feedback their experiences of utilising the exercise with their staff to demonstrate how this has impacted upon their practice

To Attend Online Training

Access to either a computer, laptop or ipad. You will need a microphone webcam for vision and compatible browser, you do not need a Microsoft subscription to participate in the meeting.
