Join The End of Life Partnership as a Sessional Practice Educator Facilitator (AfC Band 6) and help develop the confidence, knowledge and skills of health and care professionals across Cheshire and beyond.
About the Role
Practice Educator Facilitator (Sessional) AfC Band 6
We are seeking confident educators to join our sessional team to develop and inspire the end of life care workforce.
- Deliver engaging learning experiences
- Facilitate reflection and practice development
- Build confidence in compassionate care
- Support service improvement
This is a flexible, sessional role, working across Cheshire and the surrounding areas. There will be a mixture of face to face and online delivery, offering opportunities for home working.
About You
We are looking for people with experience in education, facilitation or workforce development, with the skills to deliver online and face to face education in one or more of the following areas:
- Clinical Skills for End of Life Care
- Delivery of education and training focused on improving end of life care
- Dementia Care Trainer / Educator
- 6-Steps Programme for Care Homes
- Confidence with sensitive conversations
