Who is it for?

Health and Social Care Staff working in Cheshire that are involved in the care of people at the end of life

Course Overview

The aim of this programme is:

  • to provide practical support, information and training for Carers to develop their capacity to play a significant role in supporting their loved ones and to achieve the best possible outcomes for them;
  • for Carers build their own resilience, plan for their future, to reconnect with their community and to build peer support.

By attending the ‘Carers’ Wellbeing Programme’ the Carer will build their knowledge, skills and confidence to :

  • Keep Well Whilst Caring
  • Know about Local support for their caring role
  • Plan for the future
  • Care confidently at end of life

  • Friday 12 November 2021: 10.00 – 12.00
  • Friday 19 November 2021: 10.00 – 12.00
  • Friday 26 November 2021: 10.00 – 12.00
  • Friday 3 December 2021: 10.00 – 12.00
  • Wednesday 8 December 2021: 10.00 – 12.00

Places are fully funded for staff in the Cheshire East CCG area.
