Who is it for?

This course is for health & social care professionals, and allied health care professionals who care for patients at end of life.

Course Overview

The course explores the 5 Priorities at the End of Life approach to care of the dying;

  1. Recognise
  2. Communicate
  3. Involve
  4. Support
  5. Plan and do

Using explanation and discussion we will reflect on how we can achieve best practice and meet the needs and wishes of the person and those close to them.

To attend On Line Training you will need

Access to either a computer, laptop or ipad. You will need a microphone webcam for vision and compatible browser, you do not need a Microsoft subscription to participate in the meeting.

Cost

FULLY FUNDED  places for staff in the Cheshire CCG area… If you are unsure whether you are eligible for a funded place please call to discuss.

£45 to staff working outside these areas.
