Who is it for?

The day is aimed at Primary Care, Mental Health Services, Acute Care, Social Care or Senior Care Staff responsible for the use of the Mental Capacity Act in their service. Such as GPs, Consultants, Nurses, Social Workers, Allied Health Professionals and Senior Care Home Staff

The course assumes attendees will already have a basic understanding of the Mental Capacity Act (2005).

  • Restraint – Is it in a person’s best interests?
